Mentorship and Career Coaching

Many young people in Ghana turn to their faith and their church community when life gets hard, and unemployment is one of the hardest things a young person can face. So instead of building mentorship from scratch, we partner with local churches, places our beneficiaries already trust, to offer support that speaks to both their practical and spiritual needs.

Everyone is welcome here regardless of background or belief. We never ask about belief at intake, and participants choose their own path when it comes to spirituality.

Our mentors show up for the whole person: career guidance, yes, but also the everyday support a young person needs to make good decisions. We stay closely involved in each mentor-mentee relationship to make sure it's actually working.
