Mentorship and Career Coaching

Rooted in the Afrocentric stress and coping framework, we recognize that many individuals of African descent often rely on religion for support, especially within communal contexts. In response to unemployment stresses faced by Ghanaian youth, we collaborate with local churches to create mentorship programs that address their spiritual and practical needs.
Granted, we welcome everyone regardless of their background or religious affiliation, allowing participants to choose their own path in terms of spirituality.
Individuals are also encouraged to reach out and provide guidance to our youth with respect to their spiritual and social life as well as their careers. We facilitate this mentor/mentee relationship to ensure we derive the expected outcome.
